Ultra-High Pressure Power Washer Operator
Job Summary
The Ultra-High Pressure Power Washer Operator (UHPPW Operator) reports directly to Field Superintendent and is responsible for various activities in support of operations at the site. The UHPPW Operator will work with a crew operating the UHPPW alternately, with significant breaks built into the operation. There are four ten-hour shifts (alternative work schedule) which are Mon – Thu day/night and day/night weekend (Fri-Sun) shifts that are three ten-hour shifts which are eligible for overtime in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.

Experience, Education/Training, and Certifications
Experience in a dynamic site environment including use of hand and power tools and use of personal protective equipment.
Company provided Hearing Test, Respirator medical clearance, fit test and training as required after accepted job offer.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time, climb ladders, and wear personal protective equipment including respirator, face shield, and outer garment protection for extended periods of time.
The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands to finger, (operate pressure washer) handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and perform a variety of body motions such as bending, twisting, kneeling and bending at the waist to reach items and work areas and reach above shoulder height to perform duties.
The employee must be able to lift and/or push and pull equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Operating the equipment requires physical strength to lift and resist the pressure washer pushback.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Hearing protection is required as the equipment and work area noise levels can be very high.
The employee must be able to talk and hear.
Wearing a respirator (up to full face PAPR) and other Personal Protective Equipment for entire work shift (except for rest and meal breaks).
